Shipping Policy

We provide the best shipping options to you through theinyaartgallery.com service. You can expect to receive your order within 14-28 business days of shipping. Regulations are mandated by the carriers and must be followed and charged accordingly. 

1. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address and contact number to receive items.  The Inya Pty Limited is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 

2. Ship within 72 hours of processing time after you place an order. All orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. We will send the email with parcel tracking information to you after the shipment is made. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder. Otherwise, it may be rejected by your email system. Please get in touch with us.

4. Our orders will usually be delivered after 10 days (some locations may be longer, contact us for inspection). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us.
